Refund & Return Policy


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing time may vary.

  3. Contact your bank—posting delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at customerservice@meilleurcuir.com and send the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Return items should be mailed to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
